Thanks Kim for setting this up! I'm excited to get this going. Heather and I have been doing blogs for awhile, it serves as our family 'journal' and keeps us connected with all of our friends. Notice that the newest post always shows up at the top of the page (see Kim's welcome post below). You can subscribe to feeds from this blog so that each time a new post is created, you know about it.
Here's an example of how you can share things:
1. Post a video (just click on the video button to upload it from your computer)2. Post photos (just click on the photo button)
3. Post a slideshow from Picasa Web Albums (embedded html)

Great Job Logan with the explainations! Blogging really is a great way to post pics and videos. You have to upload them but then 20 people don't have to download them in their emails.
So how do you do that slideshow thing? I want to do that on my blog!
1. Upload your photos to Picasa Web Albums (a Google service-- click on "Photos" link from within Gmail and follow their instructions).
2. Once you've created an album in Picasa, you can open the album and there's a link for embedding html-based slideshows. Click that link and it creates a chunk of html about 6 lines long that you then copy and paste into your post. And, instead of seeing the html code, a slideshow magically appears in its place!
