Here's a screen shot from iChat. It beats talking on the cell phone, especially since we don't get good reception in our apartment. And I got Mom to connect with me on her first try! Johnny and I type messages to each other while Julienne and Heather chat our ears off.

Shayne and I do this with his family all the time too! We love it. I'm trying to get my parents to get a camera/mic so we can try with them too. I think it is worth the investment.
